Join the Kimberly Hall Campus Memory Walk Team as they join forces with the DreamziiReality Motor Club to raise money for the Connecticut Chapter of the Alzheimers Association and promote awareness of Alzheimers.The mission of the Alzheimer's Association is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.

The Alzheimer's Association, Connecticut Chapter is a not-for-profit, donor supported organization serving the needs of families and health care professionals in the aging community.
